Well, I don't know what to say that hasn't already been said. I knew Courtney for a long time. I miss her so much. I will never forget all of the emotion that was shown for her. She was so loved, that was made clear at her funeral. It was amazing how quiet it was in there while there were so many people. I'm so sorry for your loss. I can't imagine the loss of child, and especially not the way that it happened. I will always remember her for her smile and her attitude towards life! She always encouraged people to just keep trucking it! She wanted us to all love and appreciate life the way she did. She helped with that. she knew all the right things to say, and she changed the lives of so many in the school, and out of school I'm sure! I'm so very sorry for your loss Mr. and Mrs. Curtis. She was a very nice person to be aroun and I will never forget the first time I met her.It was like when you meet your first friend on the first day of kindergarden. I remember how she used to make me and austin luagh all the time. She was a real good friend and I miss her a lot.

Shonda! I love you so much and i wish i could take the hurt away from you because to see such a caring person hurt is heartbreaking. Courtney was so much like you! She always gave me a smile when i saw her even if we werent doing so good! Thats what i love about seeing you also because you always say hi and ask me how my day is! Your such a wonderful person and a wonderful mom! and you could see it through courtney and u can see it through ashley,kristen, and wesley. her warmth to everyone was felt! and what a light she was! I wouldnt trade a single moment that i knew her for ANYTHING in the world. she made a huge impact on my life just for being herself.  Her first smile to me was when you guys frist moved here and she walked into our math class! she sat right next to me and i was thrilled! I love meeting new ppl and she seemed like a really nice girl and it didnt take long to find out that she was amazing. She treated me like we had been friends for years! I treasure every little detail about the times with her and im sure you do too! She didnt have to go above and beyond to just make your day! Thank you so much for raising a wonderful daugher! Your amazing! I love you and I want to still be apart of the curtis' life!
